My school “Dimitar Matevski”

Who is Dimitar Matevski?

He was born in 1835 in Chirpan. 

He studied in Stara Zagora and he himself became a teacher only at the age of 12. 

Unfortunately he died only at the age of 47 in 1882. 

Later 1982 a school was established in Plovdiv in his name.

The school has:

28 classrooms 

9 classrooms by subjects, 3 of which are computer rooms 

Video room 

Library 

Choreographic hall 

Swimming pool 

2 gyms 

Shooting range 

2 playgrounds 

The school is very well prepared as well as with foreign languages. 

They study English, Russian and Spanish.

The Organizational part of the school for celebrating important dates during the year is at a very high level.

After 1 Day we celebrate one of them.

In honor of its patron, the celebration begins with acquaintance of those present with the life and work of Dimitar Matevski.
