The hot weather melts the snow

and water covers the land.

Why is hot weather bad?

• There are more fires.

• The hot water in the sea is bad for the fish.

• We can’t grow food in hot weather.

How can we stop global warming?

We need to stop pollution.

Use less energy and recycle garbage.

Use less water, take shorter showers.

Use less paper, do your work on the computer.

Use less plastic bags, take your own bag to the supermarket or mall.

Switch off the lights when we leave the room.

Reuse

Give your small clothes to your younger brother and sister or cousins.

Use your water bottle over and over again. Instead of buying a new one.

Recharge your batteries.

Recycle

Recycle bottles, tins, glass, paper, boxes and more…
